to its visitors based to the following Terms of Service (TOS), which
may be updated from time to time. The BSD Staff Team will notice
every member about every changes via mailinglist and forum annoucement.
All events and activities occured after the update must obey the
updated TOS, while earlier events may or may not be affected based
on the nature of the update. Updated TOS can be found on this page
or by clicking the link listed under Member
Panel once logging in. Failure to accept these terms will
deny a visitor the right to submit works to Buffy/Spike Diaries
by not allowing him/her to create an member account. Failure
to observe the TOS will cause deletion of a member's stories, articles,
forum posts and other works and in some cases will lead to the banning
or termination of his/her member account. In servere cases, a member's
IP location might be traced and blocked for system security.
Description of Service
BSDiaries.com provide services for writers and readers to post
and read stories, articles, other types of fan works and communicate
with other authors and readers through forums. Unless explicitly
states, all future features shall fall under the terms of the TOS.
Please be aware that 20-30% contributions
on this website contain content not suitable for people under 17.
Stories that contain mature content require a statement that you
are of age to legally read the material providing the fact that
editors gave them the correct censor rating. It is the reader's
obligation to read and/or leave areas that are misrated or allow
adult content. If a reader is below the
age of consent as indicated, BSDiaries.com is not responsible for
any results caused by his/her reading but will apologize
and remove content under the condition that the entry is misrated
and brought to the attention of BSDiaries.com staff.
Contributions to BSDiaries.com contain
unpermitted use of copyrighted materials. BSDiaries.com
will try the best to serve the fans and avoid offending the official
parties. But if offense is seriously taken, please contact us and
BSDiaries.com will understand the decision and do necessary changes.
Visitor & Member Obligations
In consideration for the use of the Service, one must agree to:

as but not limited to the submission rules and the forum rules;
2. Respect the requests made by BSDiaries.com Staff Team as applicable
to your actions on the site;

Author Account Security
A member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities
that occur under his/her password or account. BSDiaries.com will
not be responsible for any fraud use of ones' account caused by
client factor such as not logging out when a computer will be used
by people other than the member himself/herself..
BSDiaries.com has the non-exclusive rights to publish any submitted
and accepted writing on this website and sometimes in print-by-request.
The non-exclusive publishing rights ends when an entry is removed.
On special occasions BSDiaries might ask for semi-exclusive rights
such as timely-release during contests and projects.
Termination
BSDiaires reserves the right to remove one's account without prior
notice under emergency circumstances. One can remove his/ her account
by sending the staff team a termination notice.

BSDiaires.com is only responsible for links listed under the Links
section of this website. Links on author's profile page is not in
any way verified to guarantee the content and/or nature of the destination
website being linked. If one is offended by any links found on the
profile page please notice the staff team for further consideration.
Copyright Complains
If anyone believe that his/her work has been copied
in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide
BSDiaries.com with the following information by email:

2. A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim

that the entry was posted, and the title of the piece.3.The url
of the piece that you feel is in violation of your copyright, the
